We are seeking a talented and experienced Couture Dressmaker to join our team. If you are passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Languages: English (required), Arabic (asset)

Education: Other trades certificate or diploma in Couture Dressmaking or equivalent experience

Experience: 9 years or more in couture dressmaking

Work Site Environment:
- Non-smoking
- Air conditioned

Work Setting:
- Fashion house
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Willing to relocate
- Exhibit and display designer
- Manufacture
- Fabric embroidery shop

Responsibilities:
- Design and create couture dresses for men, women, and children
- Lay out patterns and mark size, identification, style, and sewing instructions on sample patterns
- Operate sewing machines or sew by hand to bring designs to life
- Outline and cut patterns with precision
- Proficient in pattern cutting techniques
- Knowledgeable in traditional Arabian embroidery techniques
- Operate pressing machines to ensure proper finishing of garments

Experience and Specialization:
- Experience in inspecting, grading, or sampling textile products, especially fabric
- Specialization in fine finishing work, such as wedding dresses, silks, and velvets
- Proficiency with embroidery or quilting machinery
- Art or fashion design experience in high fashion, including haute couture and both women's and men's clothing
- Sewing experience with whole garment construction
- Architectural specialization in commercial couture dressmaking
- Specialization in seamstress work and sewing machine operation

Salary:
- Hourly Pay:  19 to 24 , 36 to 50 hours a week.
